As a solo artist, Mike Roe tends to go by "Michael." Not sure why. Could be because the www.mikeroe.com website is already taken. Could be to better facilitate the title of one of the albums - Michael Roe's The Boat Ashore. Whatever the reason, his solo works tends to be "non 77's music" that features The 77's. Spencer, Harmon, and Leonhardt tend to be featured performers. Spencer co-wrote nearly all of The Boat Ashore and a series of instrumental albums is currently in process by Roe and Harmon.
